Hard Knocks Boxing Coach Farid

Farid

Farid is a professional boxer with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. He has competed in both amateur and professional bouts. He is the WBA Champion. His background as a multi-sport athlete gives him remarkable insight into training up well-rounded boxers. Farid’s coaching of the amateur boxing team has led to the team winning many belts and trophies. As a boxing coach, he stresses the fundamentals of the sport with an emphasis on strength, conditioning, and weight training. Farid’s knowledge of boxing and his experience in the ring provide his boxers with a distinctive edge in performance. His passion for boxing is driven by his desire to empower youth and to promote confidence in both life and sports.

Anthony

Anthony is an experienced amateur boxer with 21 amateur bouts. He was formerly ranked #7 in the nation for his division. Anthony actively competes in bouts and trains to sharpen his skills and knowledge in the sport. He assists with coaching and mentoring youth boxers, focusing on discipline, confidence, and proper fundamentals. His passion for the sport motivates him to help others reach their potential both in and out of the ring.

Hard Knocks Boxing Coach Brian

Brian

Brian has been involved in boxing for over 12 years, including competition in amateur bouts. He has experience in skills training with an amateur team and readying boxers through drills and workouts for competition. Brian is dedicated to teaching fundamentals for beginning boxers while also building a strong base of strength, conditioning, and footwork for advanced boxers. His understanding of powerlifting and general strength training promotes a well-conditioned boxer.

Hard Knocks Boxing Coach Sumo

Sumo

Sumo began boxing at age 9 after competing in wrestling in his early childhood. He trained in Muay Thai for 7 years, quickly becoming proficient, but decided to pursue boxing after moving to a new state. He trained in boxing for over a year before competing on the amateur team. On his third bout, he won the Junior Golden Gloves. Sumo is motivated to coach by his love of boxing, and he desires to share his knowledge with the next generation.

Carlos

Carlos is a dedicated fitness enthusiast with over 30 years of experience in the field. His expertise in cycling, running, and swimming has helped both amateur and elite triathletes achieve their goals. He has expanded his knowledge and experience to include boxing, helping boxers gain a conditioning and endurance advantage in matches.

Hard Knocks Boxing Trainer Izzy

Izzy

Izzy is a 3rd-degree black belt in Kempo karate and held the title of undefeated Arizona State Muay Thai Champion. He has over 15 years of experience in competition, training, and teaching. Izzy specializes in MMA, Muay Thai, and self-defense training. He has refereed over 500 amateur boxing Muay Thai bouts. His experience on both sides of the ring gives him a competitive edge as a trainer.
