You’ll learn the foundational skills of boxing while getting a fun, full-body workout in a safe, welcoming environment.

Our boxing for starters class combines technical instruction with conditioning exercises to help you build a strong foundation. Every session is beginner-friendly and led by experienced coaches who will guide you step by step.
What to bring: Workout clothes, water, and boxing gloves or wraps. We have loaner gear available and can help you choose your own equipment.
Class Times: Monday and Wednesday from 6-7 pm
