You’ve built your foundation. It’s time for your next challenge. Our Beginner 2 boxing class is designed for those who have completed Beginner 1 or already have basic experience. This next phase of boxing training in Phoenix focuses on sharper technique, stronger combinations, and controlled partner work to help you move with confidence and purpose.
You’re ready to move from the basics and start learning the art of boxing. We have built the Beginner 2 class to help you move faster, hit harder, and sharpen mental focus in every round.
This class builds directly on the structure introduced in Beginner 1, but with increased intensity and complexity. Expect a faster pace and more precision in every session.
What to bring: Workout clothes, water, and your own gloves and wraps. You should already be comfortable wrapping your hands before class.
Class Requirement: Previous boxing experience or completion of Beginner 1 is required.
Class Times: Tuesday and Thursday from 4 – 5:00 pm
