What to Expect in a Women’s Boxing Class

Our boxing classes for women are 60-minute, non-sparring sessions focused on fundamentals, fitness, and confidence-building. You don’t need any prior experience, just the willingness to show up and do the work.

What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes, water, and gloves or wraps. Don’t have gear? We’ve got loaners and are happy to guide you toward the right equipment.

Warm-Up (10–15 minutes)

We start with mobility work and bodyweight drills to get your heart pumping and muscles ready.

Skills & Conditioning (30–35 minutes)

This is where the work happens. Each class includes:

  • Instruction on proper boxing stance and movement
  • Technique training: jab, cross, hook, uppercut
  • Bag work, focus mitts, and combo drills
  • HIIT-style conditioning for strength and stamina
  • Emphasis on form, breathing, and rhythm

Cooldown (10 minutes)

We wrap up with stretching, light core work, and time to reset your focus, so you leave the gym feeling strong and grounded.
