Level 1 boxing lessons for adults are structured, one-hour sessions that combine boxing fundamentals with strength and conditioning. Every class is challenging, but accessible, no matter your current fitness level.
What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes, water, and gloves or wraps. If you don’t have gear yet, we have loaners and can help you get equipped.
