Designed for ages 7 to 12, this non-sparring class focuses on movement, coordination, and confidence, all in a safe and supportive environment. Whether your child is new to boxing or has taken a few classes, we’ve got a spot for them.

If you’re a parent using ESA funds to support your child’s educational and extracurricular development, our youth boxing classes qualify as an eligible expense. What to Expect in Our Youth Boxing Classes

Our youth boxing classes are an hour-long, non-sparring workout designed to be fun, engaging, and instructional. Each session follows a consistent routine that keeps kids moving while they learn the fundamentals of boxing.

What to bring: Water, workout clothes, and gloves or wraps. Don’t worry—we have loaners and can help you get the right gear.

Warm-Up (10–15 minutes)

We start every class with a dynamic warm-up to get bodies moving and muscles ready. Think footwork drills and calisthenics to boost heart rate and focus.

Skills Training (30–35 minutes)

This is the heart of the class. Students learn:

  • Basic stance and foot positioning
  • Jab, cross, hook, and uppercut technique
  • Punch combinations and movement drills
  • Coordination and reaction exercises using bags and pads

Cooldown (10 minutes)

We end with stretching, light core work, and breathing techniques to help kids recover and reflect on what they’ve learned.
