Ready for your next challenge? Our Level 2 classes focus on boxing sparring and advanced technique for adults who are confident in their fundamentals. This class is for those who are serious about improving their boxing skills through controlled, coach-supervised sparring and fight-ready training. It’s where your hard work turns into ring-readiness.
Once you’ve mastered the basics, boxing sparring helps you sharpen everything: timing, defense, footwork, and fight IQ. It’s the next level of challenge and growth.
Level 2 classes combine technical drills with live sparring, under close supervision from experienced coaches. You’ll be paired with partners at your level, and we maintain a controlled, respectful training environment where learning always comes first.
What to bring: Gloves, wraps, mouthguard, headgear, and water. We can help you get fitted with the right gear if needed.
Expect shadowboxing, dynamic footwork drills, reaction training, and partner pad work to get you fight-ready.
This is the core of the session. Training includes:
We wrap up with a light cooldown, stretching, and core work to support recovery and durability.
Our members don’t just work out—they transform. Check out our reviews to see how people just like you have grown stronger, more confident, and more focused by training at Hard Knocks Gym.
